Are accepted within 30 days of the sale for stocked items as long as the item is in the condition it left us in. There are no returns accepted on custom made items. Please contact us with any questions at info@builderdads.com.

Sometimes things happen and we understand that. All shipments are insured for both yours and our protection. If there is an issue we will do our best to make things right because that is the right thing to do.

All items listed for sale on this website are handmade and may not exactly match the picture showcasing the item. Due to the handmade nature of these items each item will have unique and one of a kind characteristics. Example no two oak benches will ever match because of the variations in grain pattern and direction. While we find these unique differences make each item one of a kind we did want to point out this fact to you.
