DeWALT DW735 Planer Dust Upgrade Digital Download
This download will contains version 1 and 2 of our aftermarket upgrade for the DeWALT 735 planer to modify the machine from its factory dust extraction method to an over the top. The boot is designed for a 4” port and can be used with any dust collector. This product will not work with a shop vacuum. This product comes with version protection. If we release a new version of any of these files we will send them to you.
Models included with this download;
Dust boot 4”
v3 model printed into 3 parts requires CA glue to join all three pieces together
Requires no extra bolts uses
Exhaust cap
3mf and gcode files include painted on supports if you create your own print file using STL it is recommended you add supports to overhang for the pin
Safety switch override
This is printed in two parts and utilizes a bolt from the cover

PrucaSlicer 3mf file for customizing your print parameters
gcode file to print PETG on a Prusa i3 MK3S & MK3S+ printers

Material: Prusament PETG
Layers: 0.15mm
Except dust port cap printed at 0.10mm
Infill 15%

This is an aftermarket upgrade that may void your warranty
You must use a dust collector with this upgrade for the best results
Overriding the cover safety switch increases the chance of injury and we strongly recommend that you always leave this device unplugged when not in use
We recommend printing these files using PETG and our preferred brand is PRUSAMENT
The fan does not need to be removed from the dust port as it is used to help cool the motor. However we strongly urge you to remove the fan and clean along with the area around it
This is not a required step, but something we recommend
